Okay, I don’t know if this is common knowledge to the Kuroshitsuji fandom….
But, as I did some reasearch this morning on my most beloved idol, Yana Toboso, I found that her old pen name is Rock Yanao.
As most of us already know, not only was she was a former yaoi mangaka, but she had intended for Kuroshitsuji to be a yaoi manga (although she was persuaded out of that idea by her editor because that way she would get more readers). But I always thought that she was a mangaka’s assistants in drawing yaoi manga or something like that.
BUT NO.
She has her own yaoi manga (not shounen-ai- explicit yaoi).

The name is Glamorous Lip.
She has wo other mangas called Rust Blaster, and I’m still not sure if that is in any way yaoi/shounen-ai, and Hana Shounen, which by the cover looks like a yaoi/shounen-ai, but I haven’t looked into that yet.
Again, I have no idea if this is already common knowledge to the Kuroshitsuji fandom.

So, it’s just a fun piece of information I discovered today (~o*u*o)~

Kuroshitsuji was not what I thought it would be.

At first, the name “Black Butler” sounded racist and I immidiately thought of:

Yes, Geoffrey.

Lizzie came off as an EXTREMELY annoying little girl who only cared about being “kawaii”
But, you know, she turned out to have actual reasons to be the way she is (mostly because Ciel’s kind of a total asshole, but we’ll get into that later)and she was just about the most badass zombie slayer there is:


And quite frankly I think people bash on her too much.

Mey-rin certainly had a twist up her sleeve…. SHE’S A FREAKING SNIPER. AND GOD HELP ME. She’s made my “Favorite Anime Girls” list along with Lizzie. AND I DON’T USUALLY LIKE FEMALES IN ANIME.
